Land Trucking LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Land Drivers Pro mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

• Document Data: Photos, scanned documents, PDFs uploaded through the App

• Load status updates

• Service Delivery: To provide load management, communication, and document management services
• Location Services: Location data is collected only while the driver is on an active load to provide real-time delivery tracking, operational updates, and accurate delivery status reporting to dispatch and customers

• Document Management: To store, process, and share load-related documents
• Account Management: To authenticate users, manage accounts, and provide customer support
• Analytics: To improve App functionality, performance, and user experience

3. Permissions We Request

The App requests the following permissions on your device:

• Location Permission: Location is collected only during active loads when you are on duty. Location is not collected when you are off duty or inactive. This is used for load status updates and delivery tracking.
• Camera Permission: To scan documents and capture photos for load documentation
• Microphone Permission: To record voice messages
• Storage Permission: To save and access documents, photos, and other files
• Internet Permission: To communicate with our servers and sync data

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. However, revoking certain permissions may limit App functionality.

• On Your Device: Some data is cached locally for offline access

We do not sell your personal information. All data uploaded (documents, location, messages) is used for business operations only. Data may be retained for legal, compliance, or operational reasons as required by law or business needs.

• With Your Employer: Load information, status updates, and location data are shared with your employer (Land Trucking LLC) for business operations

7.1 Account and Data Deletion

Drivers can request account and data deletion by emailing us at landtruckinglogistics@gmail.com with their Driver ID and a clear request for account deletion.

Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days. Some data may be kept if required by law (e.g., tax records, employment records, legal compliance requirements). Once processed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Note: When a driver's employment with Land Trucking LLC ends, their account will be automatically disabled immediately. Data deletion requests can be made at any time, including after employment termination.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
